Support zero-touch enrollment, Apple Business Manager, PreStage configuration, onboarding workflows, and first-run user experience.
Design or improve macOS patching workflows using tools such as Nudge, Installomator, Microsoft AutoUpdate, and user-friendly prompts.
Create or improve shell scripts, extension attributes, diagnostics, remediation workflows, and API-based automations.
Help investigate complex macOS, Jamf, enrollment, profile, app deployment, or endpoint behavior issues.
